It’s been an absolute joy living here and has been a very safe community to live in. We have an excellent management staff and maintenance crew that is managed by Elide our manger who I can’t speak highly enough about. She also lives on the property so she is very tuned in to residents needs. They have taken many extra steps to make our community safe and fun. As a female living here I feel very safe and love the other residents in our community. They took extra precautions to keep everyone safe during COVID. They just added in new lighting , paint and many other renovations to our community including parking and storage. The maintenance crew is amazing especially Angel who I can’t speak highly enough about. If your looking for an apartment in pacific beach this is the place to come! The summers here are a ton of fun, it’s affordable, great residents, safe and has an amazing crew working here to take care of any of your needs. I highly recommend this community ❤️”

“Working with John on my order was great but unfortunately and not John's fault, I paid in advance for a pressure regulator that was not in stock. It came in and I drove from Ramona to El Cajon to pick it up and another clerk had sold my special order part that I had already paid for! I was NOT happy, as you can imagine and the clerk suggested he reorder and I come back the next day or go to one of their other stores that may have one. I left, called John the next morning when he was in and he made it right by delivering the part to my door, next day. So, happy ending since I couldn't install the regulator until the weekend anyway but sounds like a process improvement is needed to prevent a future repeat with someone who is not as understanding.”
