“Hotel overall was nice. It seemed well-maintained which was a good first sign when checking. My room was clean and quiet. Air conditioning worked great. Pool was not too crowded and the hot tub was great. Parking is $15 to be in the garage or you can park on the surface lot for free. It's a good central location to the freeway and grocery stores and coffee shops you may want to use when traveling. I did not use room service or make any room requests, so I can't rate those experiences. Would stay here again if I'm ever in Poway.”

Those two stars would be our star coordinator Mary Jane, whom still reaches out to me and my family to comfort and support us after losing our loved one. The other superstar in my heart was our amazing nurse Sidney. I had 24/7 access to the one person that understood what I was going thru and what was needed before I asked but also a friend. I never felt alone or lost in this really difficult time. If anything Sidney gave me the tools and the strength to take care of my loved one the way they wanted to in the end. I'm so very grateful for this company and everything they offer. What a blessing to our family.”
