“They have a cool app where you upload photos of the damage to your car, which during Covid19 is a cool and safe way to for everyone to get a quote. Knowing that you can't always tell how extensive damage can be by just photos, I was given an estimate that I thought was really fair and a timeline that was also really good. I got to the shop for drop off and the staff was so friendly and nice. I was emailed the very next day with an update that there was some more extensive damage which I was anticipating since the bumper was removed there and was given an updated quote and timeline which were both really fair. The repair was supposed to take 2 weeks and be completed by 6/8/2020 and I got a call that it was done and ready for pickup on 6/1/2020. I am more than pleased with the quickness my car was fixed, but I am super happy with how good my car looks now. It looks like it's brand new again! The work they did is flawless! 10/10 will recomend to friends and family! Thanks Carillo and Sons!”
