Joe in Melissa prove themselves to be even more amazing. Dr.joe sensing things weren't right sent me for an MRI which revealed several herniated disc which may or may not require surgery depending on the back specialist. I know scary stuff right.... Dr. Joe has a way with helping with understand the technical stuff and making my future good back health seem possible. Melissa handles the heavy work and makes the whole process seem seamless. “The Navy Federal Branch on Fletcher Parkway in El Cajon, CA has to be one of the best ever credit union branches to exist! I was introduced to the Manager, Tanya Moreno, and my life became immensely better and easier. In a matter of a very short introduction and first visit, she and Nick had a check to transfer my car loan from another company at a much lower and more competitive rate. Just a year later, I inquired about a credit card and was absolutely floored at how Navy Federal accommodated my needs. I have since brought my daughter, and soon my newly minted graduate son to start accounts there. My daughter now has a car loan, checking account, savings account, and credit card from Navy Federal. I advise anyone with even a shred of good sense to find your way to this particular branch and set up an account. If every credit union operated using this branches model, and could find more managers like Tanya, credit unions would be driving banks crazy with people transferring here. How much more can I say about how phenomenal our collective family experience has been? Go Navy Fed!!”

It's really obvious that the management is making an extra effort to keep the mall interesting and current. It has all of the bread and butter stores such as Macy's and Dicks Sporting goods. “They accidentally messed up my order today. However when I called they where extremely professional, not only did they replace my order, but they personally delivered it to my home when I explained my son was not feeling well and I just got home, and to top it all off they threw in 2 delicious chocolate chip cookies. I understand how it is working in the food industry, accidents happen, orders get mixed up etc. However what does matter is the way these situations are resolved and for that I give this team 5 stars. Whoever was working today between noon and 130pm deserves a paid day off for their excellent customer service. Even the person who took my order at the drive through, who was extra happy and gave off nothing but positive vibes .Thank you for being so understanding, and taking the time to give subperve customer service.”

“I didn't buy any boots yet but Michael and the entire staff were awesome, courteous and helpful until the very end even though i got there at 5:45pm and they close at 6pm on Sunday. As a consumer, i was particularly impressed that not one employee tried to kick anyone out because they were closing. Personally, I was extremely impressed by the teamwork and attention i was given. Three employees had asked me if i had any questions they'd be happy to answer them or if i needed any help they'd happy to help me. This will be my store because i went across the street to Boot Barn and when the lady saw me she ran outside grabbed the sign and locked the door. No bueno for this customer.”

“It's a smaller to medium size store, not a lot of foot traffic which was great because we weren't running into anybody else. I bought 2 pairs of pants and a belt and spent $200. Ryan was very informative and helpful without being pushy or forceful in any way. He introduced us to a variety of styles and provided detailed and useful information on each. Typically i dread furniture/bed stores as much as car dealerships. Today, Ryan made it painless. Answered all of our questions, great presence and knowledge. Glad we stopped in Boxdrop Mattress first thing! Can’t wait for our new bed ro arrive. Two thumbs up!”
