“I have worked with Dave Stubbs Vacation Rentals for years. I have found them to be very well priced, easy to work with, professional, kind, and quick to take care of even small issues that I did not expect to be addressed. Example: We had a vacuum in the unit that was not working well during our stay. I called them just to let them know it. My call was intended primarily for the benefit of the owner and future renters. When I called them, they told me they had a repair person on retainer who fixes vacuums every week. It was repaired within a couple days of my call! Condo decors range from premier to more value-oriented, with the individual prices matching accordingly. No matter what level of condo we have gotten, their prices have been very competitive and they provide white-glove service on top of it! We have a favorite person we work with in the office, but everyone else who has helped us has always been consistently excellent as well!”
