“It is always disturbing to me when I see one bad review at the top of the page of a truly excellent facility. So, I am giving my two-cents worth. First, when you are as busy as Dr. Wu, sometimes you can't give everyone the attention you'd like to give them. It's just the nature of a schedule filling up due to overwhelming success. On to my review- Dr Wu was one of my professors at San Francisco State. She has a deep knowledge of holistic health. She trains her staff to evaluate and treat people like she does. Although she wasn't in town during my visit last week, the people who did the evaluation were thorough and really covered a lot of ground to get to the bottom of the issues I had been experiencing. Unlike traditional (western) medicine, her staff members took time to dive into physical and emotional issues that may drive the symptoms. Although we try and separate the two, they are mindful that we have one body, and the two really can't be separated. I was so thankful for the really kind and professional way I was treated. While extremely knowledgable, her staff do not put a holier-than-thou attitude. Quite the opposite of haughty, they are friendly and professional and spent much longer than I expected listening to me and taking time for a thorough examination.”
