  Great space and excellent instructors. I had hurt my back by sitting poorly at work and the instructors were very helpful in addressing my problem and finding solutions. After many classes and homework exercises, my back problem is gone and I have achieved a better level of fitness. Thanks Carol and all the instructors, that includes you Jackson.

  Don't let the warm and welcoming vibe at Sanchez Street Studios fool you. The instructors here really know Pilates and will support you in improving your practice. Mat, springboard, and apparatus classes all offer the opportunity to explore Pilates on different levels. And when you do need to relax, take a Melt class. You'll sleep like a baby!

  This studio has been great in helping me manage a back injury while gaining confidence and strength. The atmosphere is encouraging, and classes are always small. It's a diverse community that I enjoy spending a few hours a week with!

  I have been taking weekly semi-private lessons from Carol for about two years now. What I appreciate most about her teaching is that she always meets me where I am at, pushing me when I'm ready and letting off with a "restorative" practice when I'm not. I'm also consistently amazed by her incredible mental catalog of exercises - every class has something new in addition to the old standbys. Carol is also so pleasant to spend time with that our weekly session is a treat.
  
  I've had substitute teachers from time to time when Carol is running a retreat or on vacation, and have really enjoyed practicing with Quilet, Jackson, and Mair as well. I can't comment on the group classes, but imagine that they would be run to the same high level of quality.
