  Great service. Exquisite room. Dog friendly. Heated pool open till 10 PM. Continental breakfast is top notch. There's a few really awesome fireplaces out front which are super nice to chill at.

  The best feature of this hotel is the location. Is just perfect. Walking distance to so many attractions. Many restaurants, bars, shops and activities near by. Is the perfect hotel for first time travelers. Very family friendly. The buffet breakfast was an amazing highlight. All the staff we encountered were very friendly! Will highly recommend.

  While we were disappointed at first with our stay, when it was shared with hotel management they were adamant in making the situation right. We were able to work out staying another night for our honeymoon vacation and got a room that was less noisy and overall it was the experience we were expecting. Beds and pillows are super comfortable and the hotel is very nice and centrally located to lots of activities. Very happy with our stay and hotel management.

  This place is awesome! Great rooms, bar and lounge area in lobby. Great outdoor fire pit lounge areas. Perfect location by all the tourist pier 39 attractions. Close walking distance to Ghirardelli Square and the cable car ticket booth. Only thing that would make it better is a microwave in the room.
