Every Friday evening they have a group meditation with live soothing music. So peaceful ! pleasant way to unwind for the week.
I been looking for a place where I could just sit quietly and be with myself in peace beyond the chaos of world. My search ended here at Brahma Kumaris Meditation Center. Thanks for providing this space!!

The light we encounter when we meditate shines brightly from within each and every Sister/Brother who resides here. Beautiful place to gather in community and meditation. Feels like a good hug.

One of the most interesting places I’ve been in SF. They do a weekly Friday guided meditation with harp, which is so calming and allows you to just be present and think about things with a serene mind. Would highly recommend no matter if you do a lot of mediation or have never done it. The community there is so wholesome and the building is beautifully decorated!

Attended workshops and guided meditations which made it easier to cross a tough situation. I regularly attend and highly recommend events at this BK San Francisco Meditation Center and also the connected Anubhuti Retreat Center, Novato, CA.
