“Having had 13 foot surgeries, I’ve seen a lot of podiatrists. Dr. Basso is phenomenal~he’s an ‘old school’ doctor the likes of which is hard, if not impossible to find. He is truly a treasure .They don’t make ‘em like him anymore!”

“I visited this local church today. The worship was awesome, the congregation shared needs and prayed, the word was preached from Revelation 19 on point. During and after service I was greeted by people and met the pastor. So happy I went today.”

“Toan and his staff are an excellent insurance team. I've worked with Toan for over two years and, as a younger adult with little experience in the insurance world, he's everything I could have hope for. Speaking with Toan it's easy to recognize he's extremely knowledgable and gives you his honest thoughts and feedback on each question, hypothetical, and policy request you might have. Whether it be via email, a phone call, or in person, Toan is responsive and great at finding a time to work with you. And when you are working together, he not only respects your time by being as efficient as possible but also never rushes or makes you feel as if you can't cover every last question and action item. While I currently only have a need for Renters Insurance, Toan is an amazing resource and will remain my go-to agent for all of my insurance needs!”

“I liked this school, I wished I could play basketball here, but no. I go to Lincoln now, and man I learned a lot. What I learned here, is basically what I'm learning in Highscchool. This is not to saymy highschool sucks and just reviews, I mean that Hoover prepared me for highschool, I know how to do things other people don't. I leanred things people are just starting to comprehend now. This is overall a good school. My siblings go here, and they like it.”

“Mt Davidson is a scenic and quaint getaway from the buzzing streets of SF. Located close enough to Twin Peaks to almost offer the same views, it brings the advantage of being less crowded, so overall a good time. Reasons you should visit: 1. Dramatic panoramic views in every direction. On a clear day, you can see far the hills of the faraway south bay and diablo area. 2. Tree cover for most of the climb up to the summit, which is unique for an SF park. This is made even better on rainy and foggy days, as the park develops a mystic charm. 3. Surrounded by residential neighborhoods, so there's very little noise pollution from traffic and most foot traffic is friendly. Highly recommend adding to your SF bucket list if you haven't seen it already!”

“I have always been skeptical of chiropractors and was always nervous to give one a try. From the moment I met Dr.Lance and his team I felt welcomed and cared for. Not only did they care about helping my body feel better, helping me find misalignments and correcting them but they actually cared about my life. What I was doing and where I was going, always asking how I could help. Not only that they provided continuing education so I could learn about the amazing things they do, their partners and how I could continue to keep my body healthy, happy and moving in alignment! They truly work miracles. I'll never forget I was leaving for a week long vacation and messed up my shoulder, I thought for sure I would be in pain the whole week. I was able to get an emergency appointment, thank my lucky stars, and a quick adjustment and I was good as new. No pain, no discomfort, no need to pack my lacrosse ball and foam roller. I just was able to enjoy my vacation to the fullest. If you are looking for a chiropractor that cares and will help you formulate a plan to bring you back to feeling your best look no further THIS IS YOUR TEAM!!!! Thank you Golden Gate Chiropractic for all you do and creating the amazing community you continue to build!”

“I've been taking Swedish lessons here. The location is easily accessible by the underground Muni. The teachers are fluent in both English and the language which is being taught. If I had to pick a downside, it'd be that I'll be in Sweden during my Swedish 2 class. That's not really a downside at all. :)”

“Forest Hill Christian Church is a small, intimate church with very small congregation / attendees. It is -- unconventional. Pastor Susan, married with grown kid(s) is most warm, open, welcoming, approachable to all. Whites, blacks & Asians worship here. For LGBT, hipster, or people seeking religious experience yet dislike formality, you might find it home here. Sunday worship is at 11am. Then, you can hang around for a bit social. Cheese & cracker, good coffee (Peet's -- which Susan likes) are served. Feel free to bring snacks to share.”

“They called me to ask if something should be dry cleaned or washed when I threw it in with my regular laundry. It was a good call because it would have destroyed a beloved dress to be washed instead of dry cleaned. They speak English and Spanish, will learn your face after only a couple of visits. I'd say customer relations is the best thing going here and not a lot of places can say that. Their work is quality.”
