“This museum is unlike others. In stead of solely walking and appreciating masterpieces, the activities inside are arranged in a way of workshop. Of course, they require your participation and you eventually get fun. They are focused on sciences and let you have an experiment or play a game. Some natural facts which you may never know them will intrigue you. One more suggestion for people who have kids, if you want them to love sciences, bring them here. Many workshops will build your kids’ curiosity which is a key of success in the future.”

“Love this place! Came to First Take after studying with other programs and teachers in the Bay Area and it was the first time I ever felt noticed and cared about as a person and an actor. A lot of teachers will just tell you what you want to hear and bilk you for your money or to boost their own egos, etc., or they yell at you and try and make you feel stupid when you make a mistake, but Nancy and all the other instructors at First Take genuinely care about you and want to help you become the best actor you can be. They are honest but supportive and always give excellent feedback that helps you instead of hinders you. They understand (and are upfront) about the fact that you only get back what you put into your time in class, meaning there is time and work involved, but the results can be amazing if you keep at it. I've enjoyed my time in class, made some great friends and feel like class is a place I can truly be myself and be accepted and continue to grow as an actor. So excited that I found this place!”

“Anthony was our tour guide and he was FANTASTIC.... it was an extremely hot day today and he allowed for stops to get drinks in order to stay hydrated. He was very knowledgeable of the cities history and had a personality that was out of this world. We took the same tour twice the same day with him and each time learned something new.. although we were advised this was a horrible tour company our experience was much different then what's been written time and time again!!!! Thanks again from Mr and Mrs Mimosa from Columbus, Ohio GO BUCKS!!!”

“Great view of golden gate bridge and there is a walking path that is pretty nice. It is wide and made of small compressed sand. There will be many bikers here and stopped people taking pictures but that doesen't make it annoying because it is wide enough. There is a fort here that was decommissioned which isn't in the photos but it is interesting to read about it's history which I will definentily do. I reccomend this place as a great place to walk to the golden gate bridge from. The photos I posted were when it was a clear day and San Francisco proper is somewhat viewable on the left which is definentily a nice thing to see. I was also really interested in looking at both peninsulas which was cool.”

“Keenan has been a crucial piece to helping me turn my life around. A year ago I was unmotivated, 40-50 lbs overweight, and generally unhappy with how I was taking care of myself. With the help of Keenan, I was able to lose 30 lbs over the course of six months (and I’m not done yet). He’s incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, realistic, and adaptable. I can’t tell you how many questions I’ve asked Keenan over the course of us working together. He always replies with a thoughtful answer in simple terms. I’ve learned so much from Keenan about anatomy/the physics behind the lifts I do, making good choices when it comes to nutrition, and other helpful (yet small) changes that have made a huge difference in my overall well-being. Can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the progress I’ve made, most of which is attributed to the coaching that Keenan provides. Thank you, Keenan!”
