“I had a friend recommend me to Nfinite Strength because they offer a variety of private training. I met with Justine and we discussed realistic short and long term fitness goals. She then put me through the FMS (Functional Movement Screen) Test which was a good way for her to see my movements. I appreciated that she was able to assess my technique and form by not only telling me, but by also demonstrating how to improve them. Justine is very personable and assured me that I was going to improve my mobility, especially my flexibility. She makes the sessions really fun and challenging at the same time. I was sore in places I didn't know existed the first few times! The sunset studio was easily accessible from my house and love that there is easy parking. If you are looking for a personable trainer to help you reach your fitness goals, I can't recommend Nfinite Strength enough!”

“I'm not what I would call a "gym person", but when I walked by Live Fit - Cole Valley on January second, I saw they were finally open (Gotta get that new years business) and decided "why not". I'm so glad I did. This place is unpretentious, friendly and has everything I need to loose the holiday extra 10 that has become the year round extra 10. The easy to navigate space is full of new machines all maintained in perfect order. I also highly recommend working with the always energetic Nicole Yessler, if you need to come up with a game plan to get back in shape like I did.”
