This private custom tour was a great introduction to the city by the bay and was totally customized to our wishes and family needs. We really saw all of the beauty and diversity of the city. Our guide Mary deserves a 5-star rating for this trip and all the way. She was friendly, knowledgeable and a great driver. The SUV is luxurious, comfortable and soft drinks were offered. “Suchada has an online booking system which is (generally) a huge plus; unfortunately, I wanted to schedule a couple's Thai massage which was unavailable to book online (I only saw packages that included other services that I didn't need). However, that being said, it wasn't a difficult task to call them and make an appointment... and then a few hours later realizing I made a mistake, and calling them back to clarify some details. The people on the phone were very friendly and efficient. Fast-forward to the actual appointment. My bf and I arrived a few minutes early, and were given some standard forms to fill out (including circling where you want the massage therapists to focus their attention on, if anything). What I really liked about the forms is that they were laminated and we were given dry erase markers to complete them - yay green business! After submitting the paperwork, it was a few more minutes before we were brought into the room, and a few more to change (into the loose clothing Suchada provided) and get settled. A couple (manageable) downsides is that my curtained room was super dark so it was difficult to get changed, and the curtain doorway was always slightly open no matter how much I tried to close it. My bf was in the curtained area next to me (without the issues my room had), but they kept the curtain between us open. The massage therapist I had that day was Paula (and my bf had Samy). Paula did a great job of focusing on the areas I wanted attention on, and avoiding more sensitive parts (I had a slightly ankle injury that day). She constantly checked in with me for pressure and made sure there was no pain. I could go on and on, but I'll just finish off here by clarifying that I haven't been to many Thai massage places in SF, but from the ones I have been to, Suchada is my fave thus far :)”

“After hours of calling, emailing and visiting multiple pharmacies in the bay area trying to have one willing and able to order a specific brand of medication I need, with no success. It was suggested try an independent pharmacy that does compounding. So I contacted Koshland and gave them all they needed in an email. Dr. Peter Koshland replied that they can and will. I was so happy to finally find a Pharmacy that can help me. I stopped in prior to filling my prescription and what an amazingly professional facility. Great area and very secure near the bay. Pricing too is very good, too. I pay out of pocket with no insurance, so this has been an absolute blessing. If you want an intimate and personal pharmacy awy from the normal chain pharmacies. I gave five stars for good reason.”
