“This is a somewhat belated review of the work Kit and Miles did for my master bathroom remodel several years ago. It was a large project requiring the installation of a new level concrete sub-floor and a large amount of travertine tile work, including a sloped and open walk-in shower. Not a month goes by that I don't marvel at the quality of the workmanship - the care and detail and amazing skill that went in to our project. Kit is the ultimate professional, an old-school master craftsman who really cares about what he does. I have worked with many in the trades who are the opposite. He is a joy to work with: patient, knowledgable, thoughtful and trustworthy. I cannot recommend his work enough. “We've lived down the street from Table Asia since it opened. The table we bought from Vince when he first opened looks as beautiful and unique as the day we bought it. I've never seen anything that so perfectly combines ancient and contemporary art-forms in one simple, elegant design. The only problem is that whenever we visit Table Asia for an art show or event, something always catches our attention and "we gotta have it!" As a result, we have a number of beautiful examples of Vince's work, plus some of his wife Rachel's excellent and equally unique framed photographic prints. Even if you aren't in the market for tables, you will definitely enjoy visiting Table Asia. I guarantee that you've never seen anything like Vince and Rachel's excellent and one-of-a-kind work.”

“The banya is great. The saunas are really hot, the steam room is really steamy, and they have a nice restaurant with delicious Russian food and snacks. They also have a deck with a nice view of the city. This is my go to place for sauna. They give you a robe, 2 big towels and slippers - that’s very convenient. You don’t need to bring anything. Except a sauna hat! They rent them for $3 or sell for $18. You can get one at Amazon for $10. It’s helpful, because supposedly it protects your hair from the heat. The only downside is that it’s pricey. The entrance costs $47 and their restaurant prices are quite steep too.”
