We had a wonderful experience buying our Lincoln MKZ from Big Valley. Our sales rep Juan was very courteous and knowledgeable during the entire process. All the staff were polite and respectful of our space due to COVID. It was truly a hassle free experience from start to finish with no pressure at any point.

Everyone knows that buying/leasing a car can be a daunting task, but Rony Shahbaz was amazing! Very nice and patient with my requests. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for and he took the time to find the model/color that I wanted. He even went to pick it up himself for me, and then showed me how to sync up with all the new technology. It was worth the long drive (then you get the nice long drive back in your new car). Highly recommend buying/leasing your next vehicle here.
