Saw a truck online, asked a few questions about it, drove down from fernley, Nv to pick it up, runs great has zero issues thus far. It was a matter of signing a few papers and I was on my way.
Friendly people there, they aren’t pushy at all, their vehicles are marked below market value(which is the reason why you don’t really need to “haggle” the price)
I also, they offered a 4 month warranty on this truck and I never even asked if they would or not. They OFFERED it to me. Usually that’s a good thing people. So all in all, it was a very laid back, easy vehicle purchase. There was no BS what so ever. It’s hard to find a used dealership where you get what I got here. 5 stars all the way! We have been looking weeks for A specific car. We couldn’t believe how GOOD of condition this SUV was in. We looked at a lot of cars and nothing compared. They professionally detailed the car and washed it again for us when we picked up the car. To be honest all their SUVS, trucks and cars looked like they were all in good condition. I just want to say thank for an honest experience. I had alot of doubt on buying a used but like new truck with low miles. The service i had bent over backwards to make it as easy as possible. Believe me i know i had alot research and questions.
