The Palms at Morada

I moved to Stockton from Sacramento for a work opportunity and Im so happy I chose the Palms at Morada as my new home. Its in a great location just right off the highway, so getting to work is fast. The property is always clean and the grounds are well kept; my daughter loves going to the pool and I enjoy the convenience of having the gym. The people that work here are so nice; the maintenance guys are always very respectful and courteous and the office staff always goes above and beyond to make sure their residents are happy (thank you Alyssa for your help with my trash bin issue!). Being a single parent with a teenager its important that I feel safe, secure and comfortable in my home and The Palms at Morada does exactly that. Thank you for making this move a smooth transition for my daughter and me and please continue to keep up the great work!

This was my first home away from home. The staff was so amazingly kind all the time maintenance came out almost immediately when needed. I have two pets and they loved the dog park and making friends. I unfortunately had to move this past month due to personal reasons but I miss my home and the the kindest management that helped the two years I was there. Thank you Raul and Alyssa for putting up with me and my small family for two years 😂🫶

I have enjoyed living at the palms. The manager Raul and his team are super great! They respond quickly to any question or concern. The facility is fantastic. I really have appreciated warm welcomes from Raul each time I see him.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Stockton, The Palms is a wonderful choice! They have great amenities and even integrated concepts like valet trash service to make small tasks easier on tenants! The maintenance team have always been quick and responsive with any issues I’ve had and are very nice!

The management team, specifically Raul, really took the time to consider my needs and worked very well to come up with a plan! Overall, I’ve had great interactions with all team members and greatly appreciate the follow up’s and communication!

I have been here for 2 years and I love it here love all the amenities and the pool is so nice and it is always so clean here. The staff is so great from the office to maintenance. If I ever had a concern or question, I have always gotten a fast response from Raul the Manager he is the one who greeted us when we first walked in and had a big smile and was just no nice and definitely made the transition easier when we were moving, he definitely made a great impression with us. Raul gave us his contact information so if we had any questions, we can reach out to him. Then every time I have emailed, he would respond in a timely manner. It is definitely worth what the rent is because how luxurious it is and how beautiful the property is and safe. Since I been here, I think I have had to call maintenance 3 times in the past 2 years because I have no issues. This place is just so nice to live at. I definitely love living here.
