I called many sign installation businesses and was getting frustrated with late replies to my phone calls and emails. Then i saw Tracy Sign Inc and decided to make a phone call. I was transferred to a person by the name of Craig who was very professional and helpful over the phone. Immediately, he explained the city sign permit processes, sign sizes, colors, prices and provided information about how soon the signs will be installed. After our phone conversation, he sent us the contract along with prices. We decided to sign the contract because Craig was professional, he took the time to answer all our questions in details during our first conversation, and prices were reasonable.
