“Service on a first come first serve basis. He's great at keeping track of who's in line. Make sure you allow yourself time to wait. Very friendly, they keep watch dogs on the property and they will come out to greet you in a some what aggressive manner. He calls them off right away and they obey. They are very nice dogs when the owner has called them off, but I would not want to tangle with them. All major credit cards accepted. It was a pleasant experience to do business with them. Parking is a bit of a challenge and finding the location is too. It's actually inside of the lot towards the back of where Google tells you to turn in. You cannot see the business when you turn in. The driveway just prior to the flower shop.”

“I just left the store, and instead of buying a new $50 battery, I left empty-handed. The man working the counter: 1) came from around the counter after checking out another customer and asked if I needed anything. I didn’t ask for this service, he just went out of his way to be attentive to his work and helpful to his customers. 2) based on our short conversation instead of selling me a $50 battery I may or may not need, he hooked the old battery that I had brought in up to two different testing devices, and then informed me he could sell me a new battery but I might be better off contacting my home Internet company (which is what the battery goes to) because my old battery appeared to be fine. This level of customer service lost this company hey single sale today but Gained them a lifelong customer. And if anyone from corporate is reading this and wants to give him a pay raise, I didn’t catch his name but it was a middle-aged black male working the front counter October 1, 2021 at about 4:30 PM.”

“Morgan replaced the fuel injectors on my 2003 Duramax in Feb 2020. Big job - almost $6000.00. In June I noticed a small oil leak (~1 tsp on the driveway). They took the truck in, verified it was related to the work they had performed and repaired it under warranty. The oil leak repair was also a big job - it took approximately 4 days to complete. The repair was performed without delay, they kept me updated on their progress and there was no extra charge. I'm leaving this review which I rarely do because I feel that their service is a cut above what most of us have come to expect. They stand by their work, no excuses, no disappointment.”
