“When I found out I needed a cpap machine after a sleep study etc they called and set the day & date when they would come and drop it off and they did. The guy was very nice, but after using the mask that came with my machine it was uncomfortable I couldn't sleep etc, I shared with my mother in law that's a respiratory therapist and she recommended I call the cpap supplier (⬆️these ppl) and ask for nose pillows I did that on Monday 6/14/21 and they asked if I could pick up or have it delivered, I said delivered works best. So she said tomrw Tuesday it'd be delivered and that I'd get a call like last time to let me know time frame. I never got anything so before they closed I called them and the girl that answers was like snotty and she goes well I guess they mailed it. So that's frustrating but it could be alot worse. I did though receive the correct stuff new not opened today 6/16/21 so I definitely got it within the 2-3 days I was told so thank you! Everything else doesn't matter, I got what I needed what they promised so I'm happy and did edit the review because no need to be extra or super negative if I got everything I needed! Thank you”

“Some may have had a negative experience in the past but in the past few years, service has been great with friendly, helpful staff. Just Friday, one of the staff was patiently explaining what the return address was. It was clear the young person there was not familiar with a return address or why it was important. She wasn't snarky or surprised, she just had him go back and fill it out. It is nice to have a smaller local office so you don't have to drive so far. I appreciate the staff.”

“This a pretty busy convenience store that came across because they maintain the gas pumps of the vacant station next door. I was trying to get gas and there is a sign saying to pay at the store. [There's no way to pay with credit cards or cash at the pump - so who have to have a human interaction ; -)] When I got back to the pump I couldn't get anything to flow. Back in the store another customer said "You've got to make sure to flip the handle!" Underneath the pump handle is a plastic lever that you have to flip upward to trigger the pump to start. Voila! I picked up a few groceries there and all the customers and staff were wearing masks as required.”
