“I am in my sixties and seeing doctors throughout the year is a regular part of my life so how I’m treated by office and doctor is important to me. I had my first visit to the dermatology office recently and it was a positive experience. After I checked in, my wait in the reception area was short. The nurse-assistants I interacted with were friendly and cordial which helped to make this first experience a good one. The Dermatologist that I met was professional and courteous and explained everything to me. I felt as if she treated me like a patient that she had been treating for some time. I couldn’t ask for a better first experience with this office.”
