(January 16, 2019, 10:45 am)Overall the experience was fantastic. Service Advisor, Jessica Petty, was wonderful. I arrived late due to the confirmation email sending me to the incorrect address of 1500 Collins Avenue instead of 630 Serramonte Blvd (not her fault and please correct this for future clients). Jessica was patient, thorough and thoughtful as I was a bit frazzled by the morning's misdirection. She offered me refreshments and calmly took my information to see what services were required. This exemplifies what other service centers to strive to be. Thanks, Jessica!

(November 28, 2018, 4:20 pm)I have been coming to the Hyundai service Center for about five years now. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. They are always accommodating, even when I request a same day appointment. Victor was so helpful and friendly. He answered all of my questions as he shuttled me to school. Victor even offered to pick me up after my class. Talk about first class service! Jessica was so helpful and attentive to my needs. I felt heard and understood when discussing the electronic issues with my 2018 Hyundai elantra sel. Thank you for the many years of support!
(September 18, 2018, 3:22 pm)People just have to appreciate about Hyundai Service Team, they are here to help you! But be on time (that means at least 15min earlier than your scheduled appointment) , be patient (others deserved to be help as well), demanding a service (that they already genuinely giving) doesn't look pretty, so peep (customers) please be courteous!
Remember we are not alone in this world, you aren't the only customer around!
