“Pretty good ramen! I had the black garlic one. The broth is delicious. My only niggle was that the pork slices that came in it were a little dry. I also had an all-shrimp tempura which was decent. I came here for lunch with a friend at 1pm on a Friday, and we were able to get seated immediately.”

“From the first encounter on the phone with Anna, to set up the service appt. I was impressed. Jimmy phoned before coming, on time I'd like to add, and from the first moment I felt like I had made a new friend. He was on top of everything including having the parts. He explained everything as he went along, helped me with ideas on how to take care of the stove, and showed me how to do it and why. He was quick without rushing, professional and often witty...extra points for that! In the end everything was fixed, cleaned, and like new. I also got some pleasant conversation, really good travel advice on Peru, and in the end a handshake and a hug! Not something expected or hoped for in this day and age.
