I knew they had a lifetime warranty, so I sent it in by following instructions on their website, which said 3-4 weeks for repair. I needed for my next business trip in two weeks, so I requested if the faster turnaround was possible. I sent out the bag on Friday, it got there on the following Tuesday. Got e-mail from the repair center on Wednesday that the works were all done and shipped the bag back to me, and I got it at home by Thursday afternoon! You just earned another customer for life :-)”
