“Having planned to replace our gas tank water heater with a tankless one i was on a lookout for a reliable and Manufacturer certified contractor that could do the install for us. Came across Shoreway Plumbing (amongst many others) and i would say i am super impressed with their work. Called them for a visit so that they could establish an estimate of work and cost involved. Reggie showed up during the agreed upon window and helped me walk through the installation procedure, the parts that would be needed and all the minute details as well that could possibly be needed for the job. We did have some back and forth over email and phone calls and agreed upon a price that worked out good for both the parties. The date and time of install was agreed upon and their plumbers showed up as promised. Pablo and Eder started working on the job and removed the existing tank water heater by draining it out as the first step. Subsequently the installation was done which took a few hours and after installing the water heater they installed a crossover valve (grundfos) in the farthest fixture from the water heater. Pablo did setup the configurations in the heater and walked me through those as well. They left the location of install perfectly clean as they took care of the debris and the boxes etc and did leave the place after a round of cleaning. A bit later, after they had left, i found out that the Recirculation Pump was not working as expected from within the heater as it requires two crossover valves to be installed. Reached out to Reggie and he slated Pablo to come over and do the installation of the second valve and this was accomplished right after the labor day weekend. The system works perfectly fine and i would give them more than 5 stars if it were possible , for their patience in answering the questions , flexibility with schedules, cost efficiency and their attitude to make the customer successful at the end of the day. Do reach out to them in case you have plumbing/gas related needs and i would definitely use them for my future projects without any hesitation.”

The service advisor was the best and to top it off I was able to talk to the mechanic, he was very good and helpful was able to spot the problem from the beginning. I'm super happy with the work they did. I will highly recommend this place because they fix my car in a timely manner. Super excited to have my 2017 Lotus Evora 400 back. “When you find a good mechanic you stick with them. I've been having trouble finding one for over 3 years until I met Sean. Knowledgeable, straight forward & honest to say the least. Throw in reasonable to that pile & I'd say you have a good description of this guy. I brought in my Triumph Speed Triple that was having issues with the throttle response & after a couple tries it was fixed better than new. Suspension overhaul & a Racetech valving upgrade, voila! He even set up my suspension for my weight & riding style which was the best part of my repair list. Which happened to be longer than I thought. Each repair request was handled professionally & quite frankly reasonable. Yes I'm picky & rightfully so.
