It's only natural, that when you meet someone, and they leave a lasting impression on you and/or they provide you good service,..whether it's a great waiter/waitress, salesperson,...or let's say a Verizon Representative,...you remember their NAME. The name I will remember at the Ulmerton store, is "Steve." In a nutshell, I needed to replace/upgrade my phone. He went over all my options, made sure I was getting all the available discounts and promos, presented me the costs and fees, and ensured I understood the purchases I was making. As a REALTOR, my phone is my LIFE-LINE, and it needs to work! Within just a short time, I was up and running again. No hassles, no pressure .
