“I was dissatisfied with the paperwork related to an initial appointment which I’d had with the OTHER optometrist—not Dr. Luu. I called and left that message. I was called right back. Although she was fully booked, Dr. Luu called me in immediately. I explained the situation (which was complex). She was friendly, efficient, professional, and she resolved the issue by examining me again. She was wonderful. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome.”

This is standard across medical, dental, and vision plans and has nothing to do with Costco. In fact, Costco makes it easier by printing the specific receipts you'll need.
