“Alicia was Fantastic!!!! Until Stephanie made a rather unexpected appearance into my locker after I had coned off my area. She was standing inside my unit looking at all my stuff, so if anything comes up missing I have this as documented proof, I didnt appreciate her boundary-violation...even though shes attractive, it doesn't give her the right to force her beautiful face and body on me. It seems you can not close the door while you are inside..., you can barricade the entry with boxes or shoji screens but they have a right to not have their door closed. I asked Stephanie to mind her boundaries and remove her beautiful face and body, out of my unit, since the space is now mine, and I understand she had to explain the rules, but tact didnt seem to be her better quality...but hey. .Alicia was Fantastic!!”

By the time we were ready to rent a unit I made the appointment online and was almost instantly called to confirm. I had mistakenly booked at the wrong location but Vicky helped me find the new location. Once there Stephanie, went above and beyond to further show us units at the new location and was super helpful with advising us on how to store our items. I was presently surprised to get great customer service.”
