The receptionist shows very thorough experience and is very flexible. The assistants are nice and also communicate well so that I was never worried about what they were doing. Dr. Chen is also a great communicator and shows a passion for his work which brings more trust to the patient. I'm now able to confidently show my teeth which are often complimented about. He knows his flat screen televisions and gave us options from which we chose our 55" baby. It was cheaper at V. O. than at Target or Best Buy plus we had a knowledgeable salesperson.
