“We started studying at this dojo a year ago and it has been great for all of us. I have two children (6 and 5 years) who are learning so much. They have a way of teaching respect and discipline in a fun way that allows the kids room to be kids. They have worked with me since one of my sons has an issue hitting at school. They have given him an outlet for his energy while teaching him that hitting is not okay unless it is during sparing and you have received permission from the other person. I am also a student and the classes have given me a way to get in shape. I am not a person who likes to work out, but i enjoy class. I have gained a lot of strength and balance. They have taught me how to be comfortable in my own skin. I look forward to continuing my studies.”
