“Alicia was Fantastic!!!! Until Stephanie made a rather unexpected appearance into my locker after I had coned off my area. She was standing inside my unit looking at all my stuff, so if anything comes up missing I have this as documented proof, I didnt appreciate her boundary-violation...even though shes attractive, it doesn't give her the right to force her beautiful face and body on me. It seems you can not close the door while you are inside..., you can barricade the entry with boxes or shoji screens but they have a right to not have their door closed. I asked Stephanie to mind her boundaries and remove her beautiful face and body, out of my unit, since the space is now mine, and I understand she had to explain the rules, but tact didnt seem to be her better quality...but hey. .Alicia was Fantastic!!”

Also most of the people who rent units there are business which are long term customers so it keeps the rents from going up frequently. “I’d recommend Bay Area Moving Company to anyone. They did an amazing job for my move today. Originally, I was a bit worried because they didn’t have a formal process for booking, but they called me the day before to confirm and an hour before the move to let me know they were on their way. They were really quick and they packed everything very neatly and unassembled and reassembled all the furniture without a problem. I had already labeled most of my boxes for myself but if there weren’t labels, they made sure to ask me where it should go. The best part is that they had the most reasonable price out of +15 places I’ve called. I’ll be sure to call them again for my next move.”

“Universal Movers moved me on May 18th and the two young men who came did a fabulous job they were polite efficient and fast and moved me within the time that I was estimated for the only thing I was not happy with is I was supposed to receive a call telling me what time they would come either the night before or in the morning and they did not... the laughable thing is they showed up while I was still in my pajamas and arriving at 7:50 in the morning which was a good thing I had requested 8 a.m. but was told it would be between 8 and 10 and I would receive a call. But the time really was perfect due to traffic going up to the Santa Rosa area. They were very polite courteous and respectfult only thing I wish that Universal Movers had an automatic lift instead of the steep ramp that they had to go up and lift heavy furniture into the truck that was an arduous task for these two young men. I have a lot of respect for them and their hard work that they do I would definitely recommend Universal Movers their trucks are clean their movers efficient and I was very happy with my service and I will definitely use them again try them you'll be very happy you did”

“Very friendly staff and the rate is more than fair. I highly recommend this facility, esp. if you have less hours in the day.....The hours are the earliest I've seen out there. The gate closes at 5pm and 4pm on Sunday's. But it was explained to me why such early hours; so I didn't mind. It's clean and every unit has its own security.... Can't beat that.
