They are extremely busy because they know their craft and do excellent work. In fact, 3 other clients were dropping off rugs while I was there briefly picking up our renewed rug. “Usually, honesty and integrity are mutually exclusive when it comes to body/automotive shops but Masters is one of the few exceptions. This is a family run business and the son, Erik, is now running the business. We can here for a quote due to an insurance referral and Erik gave us a very candid assessment. He helped us understand the insurance process and actually recommended that we not fix our car due to the age and residual value. We ended up taking his advice and just asked the insurance company for a check for the repairs which meant that we were unable to give them any business. That being said, we wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Master’s for any automotive needs.”
