  This one is my favorite location. Seems to be bigger than all the others and has, I think, better variety and selection. Fleet Farm's Field n' Forest clothing brand is very nice, sturdy and high quality. My dad used take us here just to look around as kids and now I do the same with my family.

  We interviewed several realtors and felt most listened to by Lex. This was an estate sales and Lex was very patient and understanding as I communicated with the various family members to make decisions during the process. He explained the advantages and disadvantages of listing during Covid 19. He provided good council on the inspection reports. He responded very quickly to all communications. He handled the negotiations effectively and the sales prices was more than expected. I would recommend Lex for your real estate needs.

  Lex is absolutely the BEST professional we have ever worked with (not just in the real-estate space but across all service domains). He is extremely hard working, tenacious, prompt and energetic! He was very quick (with turn around time in seconds or minutes) to respond to texts or calls throughout this journey whether it was day or night (we wondered if he even ever slept). We looked at many properties, and Lex helped us dig in details (on or off MLS) on each one of it as if it was the final property. Along the way, Lex educated us on many nuances of the industry and participated as a partner in our property hunt. He advised us on different topics like: communities, property conditions (structural, cosmetic and neighborhood), finances, legal nuances, and future potential.
  He helped us craft strategic offers keeping our budget and priorities in mind, and kept us calm and composed during the process through constant communication and follow-ups with all stakeholders during the anxious wait times. The property we finally purchased had several complications, and Lex helped us tackle them by arranging appointments with appropriate professionals and by sharing his own experiences. The amount of effort Lex put in was exceptional!
  Lex continued to follow-up with us even after the close to make sure we were settling in without trouble.

  I interviewed a few realtors and after carefull investigation we were convinced that Lex would be the best to get us the fastest sale for the highest sale price possible in the current market. And it sure didn't hurt that he was charging us less that all other realtors. Our transaction went as smooth as possible, considering how stressful a house sale is. We would definitely use again, and strongly recommended Lex to anyone else.

  I've purchased 2 homes in the Bay Area using Lex as my agent. Both experiences were fantastic, as Lex displayed absolute professionalism throughout all stages of the sale. Lex goes above and beyond for his clients, and he leaves you feeling like you are his only client. Any time, and day, he's there when you need him. Even once the house has sold, any questions, help, contacts, etc, Lex is there for his clients.
  
  I wouldn't buy a home in the Bay Area without using Lex.
