(January 1, 2022, 5:24 am)This gym is legit! Great staff, family friendly, and clean. They teach martial arts and fitness classes at all levels from beginner to pro. I'm excited to have my youngest daughter train there, just like her older brother. Good job to everyone there !

Get in best shape.
Get shredded.
Gain confidence.
Lost weight.
Tone the body and lose the flab.
Learn self defence or just workout.
Children gain confidence, lose weight, gain lean muscle, and have positive outlook on life.
My favorite is to witness kids with ADHD or autism excel and grow through the 4 pillars - respect, honor, discipline, and strength.
AntDawg and his highly trained and easy to approach coaches and staff make our experience EXTRAORDINARY.

Something for everyone in the Family! Family gym!

It doesn't matter what level you start at when you go in they will get you in and they will put you where you belong and be sure to change or just the program for you to either learn or catch up or whatever you want to call it. The place is always clean and has Ample Storage and the classes are really fun A-Plus
