  Penguin provided prompt and professional service throughout my time with this agency -- over 6 years. Unfortunately, we moved out of state recently and had to change carriers. They handled the cancellation and processed a refund of our pre-paid premium in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to fulfill their insurance needs.

  They are fabulous! I had home insurance with them and forgot to update after I sold the property. Before the policy needs to renew, Amor sent me email to remind me. After I told her that the property was sold, she was asking for proof of sale and got the refund for the months after the property was sold. Very professional and five stars service!!!!!!

  Recently, my home insurance company for my second home in the San Bernardino Mountains, advised me they were not renewing my policy as my home was in a "High Risk Fire Area". I contacted Penguin Insurance Service who is my insurance agent. I was put in contact with Agent Jordan Villanueva. I relayed what had occurred and request he located an insurance company to cover my home. With his knowledge and persistence he was able to located a company that would insure my home for the most reasonable premium. He kept in touch with me by phone and text messages, keeping posted on his efforts. I can personally
  state his service was excellent and I was very happy with him and Penguin Insurance Service.
