“Raymond was honest with his words and you can tell he has had years of experience under his belt. Though there was additional maintenance to be done on top of my Service B for my Mercedes, he suggested that I can come back in a couple of months to do it as it was not necessary at the moment in time. During my 2.5 hours of waiting, they were able to drop me off within a 5 mile radius and picked me back up when the service was completed with my car washed. Raymond also replaced my key battery as well which was completely unexpected from him! I'm definitely coming back for my car maintenance.”

What I enjoyed about him was that he gave me options on what kind of services I needed for my truck. I didnt feel pressured to have unnecessary services to my 2004 Toyota Tundra. He even cleaned up my foggy headlights!!!Excellent customer service and very empathetic to his customer's needs. All I had installed was a chrome plate on my front bumper that was damaged from a small fender bender at work. Ordered part took less than a week. His fellow employees were very courteous as well as very helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant and professional. I had a smashed in rear end from a 1994 honda civic, and they were able to pull it back so well that a new taillight assembly could be dropped in with no forcing. It was so accurate, the latch for the back hatch started working again. Very professional and prompt service, and I was very satisfied with the results!”

“I've been using Alvin's Auto for at least 5 years. Tony and the crew there are always so awesome and they don't try to rip you off. A good friend of mine works for a major car dealership as a mechanic and he says you should never go there for services bc they always try to up sell and rip you off. One time I dropped off my car and the dealership mechanic said I needed a new battery the next time my oil change was due. Went to Alvin's and they said the battery was fine and didn't need to be replaced. Trust these guys 100%.”

“I’ve been this place for nearly 10 times as an international student. I like this place. The first time, the front desk staff will ask u to watch the safety video again and again and again. They are very responsible for the consumer, they declined one of my friend twice since she always couldn’t answer their questions of how to safely use a gun! They offer plenty of guns for rental, pistols, shotguns, semi-automatic rifle, NO ROCKET! They sell guns too. Fun place though.”

“Very nice looking place. Great Lobby with tables/seating for eating/watching news/coffee. Rooms have kitchenette, large fridge, microwave, stove, breakfast seating, w/ chairs. Large bathroom with shower/bath, toilet, sink, built in hairdryer. Large bed, pillows TOO soft, comfortable bedding. Recliner in room(ours didn't recline) night stand on 1 side of bed. Flat screen TV w movies for rent or you can watch cable TV. Has a linen closet wbehind a closed door- separate from the actual clothing closet which has plenty of drawers, hanging space, luggage storage a curtain to cover closet space. Kitchenette has cabinets above & below. Telephone in room. Rooms are odd on one side & even on other side- bit confusing to find at NIGHT, unless front lobby staff show you WHERE YOUR ROOM IS.”
