  Probably the easiest vehicle transaction I’ve ever done. I went in for an appraisal, and got my offer after only 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised with what they were offering, and shocked it was above Kelly blue book values. I had to wait for my lessor to give the payoff amount, so I had to return the next day. But when I came back to sell it, it was only another 30 minutes before I left with a check in my hand. Very easy and very happy!

  Easiest process I've ever imagined for selling a car. Everyone was very polite and professional. We received our online offer, brought in the car for an appraisal, papers were signed, we were in and out in an hour with check in hand (actually e-deposited immediately, so money on the bank basically) 👍🏻❗

  Had a great experience at Carmax. Got paired with Ann Buoy as my associate and they were phenomenal! From start to finish they were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Drove away with an awesome truck and they even bought my old car at a very fair rate. Highly recommend.

  I was surprised by my experience. Got a quote online to buy my car for a very fair price. I had already bought another car. There was no sales pitch to buy there cars at all! Show up show your offer in and out in an hour with check in hand! I would highly recommend!

  Great very knowledgeable and honest service they diagnosed my rv and told me where my money would be better spent on repairs and did a great job plus smog. I will be returning in the future for the next round repairs

  We didn't plan well and needed an oil change on short notice for our motorhome. Superior managed to squeeze us in and were fast and efficient at a fair price, including checking our brake fluid and inspecting the undercarriage. We came back a few days later to have them replace our city water valve. They told us the price up-front, and finished more quickly than they promised. Excellent all around!

  This place is very knowledgeable about cars. I had an air vent which 5 other mechanics couldn't figure out what it was but Steve at Superior knew what it was and reinstalled for me no problem. I usually take my car here when other mechanics cant figure out whats going on with the car or its a more complex job.

  Steve knows his stuff! We are grateful that he rescued us near closing time when our RV failed to start at the Apple HQ in Cupertino and we had to be towed to Superior Auto. He got us running and even provided further technical support over the phone when the RV wouldn't start again at our campsite. He offered a suggestion for a permanent solution to the intermittent starting problem we have had since we bought the RV two years ago! Now we need to get Ford to fix it!!!
