Bank itself was closed, but ATM outside worked good, parking/stopping spot isn’t great tho, Street is pretty busy and felt kinda exposed when people passed by.
My wife and I found Elisabeth’s contact on the internet at a time of desperation due to the ongoing situation with our 4Yo daughter. I was skeptic of taking online sessions but I must say my mind changed a lot after the first meeting. Most of the tips she gave us started working almost immediately. Although we have not mastered all of them, I have to say that these sessions really solved/ improved many of the issues we were having. It’s completely worth the investment to improve the harmony within your family. Thanks Elisabeth!
Elisabeth helped us with our teenage son who was spending a lot of time in his room. Her coaching gave us a paradigm shift. We are looking at the same situation differently and it has changed everything. We are focused on what we as his parents can do differently to better the situation and on all of the great things about our son. We love the family meeting and "fee" if something isn't completed. This wasn't a therapy session, she provided us with better tools for the situation.
Elisabeth is a wonderful teacher. Her approach is easy to implement and the positive changes in my son's behaviour were immediate. The best endorsement I can give is that my relationship with my son has never been better and for that I will be forever thankful.
I have to say that this location was not only pleasant, but professional.
I did not have an appointment, not knowing I needed one. However, Francis was extremely helpful in finding me assistance with my issue.
Not only did Francis assist me, he continued to kindly check in and let me know the status. Which, I did truly appreciate. He went above and beyond with Customer Service.
As I sat waiting for my assistance, I did see that the employees were great about ensuring that customers socially distanced. And were very nice about requesting it.
I then worked with the Branch Manager, Tony. Who was funny, outgoing and personable. He took time to work with me to find a solution to my banking issue, and also helped me with preventative actions I could take.
Overall, this was truly a wonderful experience. The employees were very kind, friendly, enjoyed their jobs.
Thank you everyone for helping me today. -Jenni G
Very nice newly remodeled. Most chase locations now closed due to covid but this branch is open. Line outside. Nice staff. One of the few branches with a drive through.
My husband and I are expecting our first child and got so much value from the Transition to Parenthood course with Elisabeth! Working with Elisabeth gave us practical tools for how to intentionally step into parenthood in a way that is aligned with our values as individuals and as a family. The course also sparked important conversations that my husband and I will continue to have in the coming months and years. We feel much more prepared for parenthood and connected to what is important to our growing family after working with Elisabeth!
I have two boys entering the teen years and I really wanted to be there for them in a better way than I had been. I worked with Elisabeth and we instituted the Family Meeting in our home. What a joy it is now to have structure to come together to celebrate our wins and works on what's not going as well as we'd like. I felt I grew as a parent in control of myself and could breathe easier after working with Elisabeth. I strongly recommend her.
