  I had the pleasure of working with Cameron, Store Manager, in finding my perfect mattress. He's very knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, displays a "customers first" attitude. He was very patient and showed me several different mattresses. I thought I found the mattress I wanted, but realized once it was delivered it was too firm for me. I knew I needed to wait for 30 days before exchanging but Cameron reached out to his District Manager asking if they could make the exchange earlier (which the DM agreed) AND Cameron came in the very next day during his day-off to help me find that perfect mattress. Now that's exemplary customer service at its best. Thank you, Cameron.

  Really excellent service this morning with Brandon. The store was pretty busy, but he always made time to come back and see how I was doing. He helped me pick a mattress over the couple hours I was there with a professional, friendly manner (and got me a nice discount too). He was engaging, well-informed, and genuinely wanted me to get good sleep!

  I had a good experience here. Brandon is easy to talk to and extremely patient. He answered my questions with great details. I was able to find a mattress and a bed frame I really like. Plus, they have a 120 day free return policy which increased my confidence to buy.

  I purchased a new purple mattress and adjustable bed base here a couple weeks ago. My experience with Anthony was fantastic; A salesman who was not pushy, but got me a great deal that was significantly better than online. I actually enjoyed chatting with him, and learned some new things about the mattress industry. To top it off, the experience of in home delivery and assembly was better than expected.

  Brandon was great. Before we walked in my husband and I said we’re just looking, not buying. After trying 10+ mattresses and getting a detailed explanation from Brandon for each one, pros and cons and breakdown on price and size. It’s was an easy decision that we got the one we needed and hard to pass up the price. Brandon helping us, the selection and price at Mancini’s in Mtn View highly recommend the experience.
