TikiLand Daycare & Preschool

I absolutely LOVE the drop-in program at Tikiland! All of the daycare I looked into only offered full-time or set days. I'm a hairstylist and my schedule changes a lot. Tikiland allows me to let them know a few days ahead of time when I need care for my daughter and I can just set it up and pay then. Being on a budget and trying to find last minute daycare is not an easy mix. They have been so friendly and accommodating. They also are great at communicating during the day and I love that they take pictures of the kids. I'm so happy my daughter is able to be safe and socialize with other kids. I'm so glad I was referred to Tikiland!

We recently moved to Palo Alto, and our toddler has been really happy at TikiLand—we really appreciate the warmth and responsiveness of the owner/staff. It seems like our kiddo is getting a lot of personal care and attention, and they're really helping her learn to socialize (in addition to doing lots of outdoor playing, art projects, songs, and storytime). This has been a big transition for our family, and TikiLand has been so supportive of our whole family during this time!

I am using the drop in program for my 2 year old. He was not happy in his previous childcare, but he loved Tikiland and was very excited for being there. Right after the first day, when I was picking him up, I noticed for the first time that he was happily playing with other children and talking to them which made me more assured that he was at good hands. I highly recommend Tikiland and will keep using their drop in program which is great for my flexible schedule.

Marielle and all other Tikiland staff was very accommodating and friendly. We used the drop in daycare program for just over a week for our 3 year old and she is already in love with this place and wants to keep going and playing!
The scheduling, confirmation and payment process was very smooth and NO hassle at all!

I highly recommend Tikiland for anyone looking for a loving daycare and preschool. The staff is amazing. The place has a great loving energy and everything kids love. They are taking care of the kids as if they were their own. They are always eager to share stories of what is happening during the day, share pictures, art project so we can relate at night. Our 3 years daughter loves her school, and our 1 year daughter (who started at 5 months) is really feeling at home when she is at daycare. All staff members are trained to follow kids’ cues/ schedule while teaching them so many new things every day.
