Samsung Experience Store

I have expected WAY more. I thought the place would really give me some new experiences,
But no.

Regular shop. I am very surprised with Samsung approach to retail here in California.
No wonder it loses to Apple, although the products are at least of same quality.

I would propose to rethink this exact store and whole approach to retail too.

Every time I have had a service appt, everyone was friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable. I have worked with Mark twice and both times he was so helpful and explained my phone issues in detail. He is amazing. Rich the manager was also very friendly, and professional and went out of his way to ensure I had help. Dash checked me out and went over all the details with me and was so professional. The staff is amazing, and very helpful, I can't say enough great things about this store. Thanks for your support.

Amazing experience! I took my phone to be repaired, it had a scratch. Mark, the associate who helped me, went out of his way to help me. From contacting Samsung Care+, to even offering me a loaner phone. The whole process took less than 2 hours. This is what I call an extremely excellent customer service! Thanks Mark

I visited the Samsung Experience Store to help someone get info on the Tab S8 tablet series and was helped by a very knowledgeable and very professional young man, Mat..... (trying here to not publish personal info). He gave us his undivided attention while truly learning about our needs and experience. I left with a better understanding of several other products too. The store is lucky to have him up front.
