“This used to be my goto place when I lived in Palo Alto. I usually just got an exterior wash, and they have a separate line for that, so the wait was usually minimal. They do a pretty good job and the price is very reasonable. The location is good too. One time I had a problem with the battery, the car wouldn't start after the wash (it wasn't their fault, the car just needed battery service). They helped to jump start the car, I appreciated that. I only had a complaint once, when I came 30 min before they were supposed to close, and they were already closed. That was disappointing. Overall, I recommend them. Nice place with good hand wash quality and decent prices.”
