(July 10, 2021, 6:33 pm)I usually go to the Quest lab in Milpitas. But I couldn’t get an appointment on time so I choose this one. Arrived a few minutes early. Checked in using the kiosk. Waited for a few minutes then was taken to the lab. Technician, Kerrie, explained every step clearly. She was very nice and knowledgeable. I was in and out less than 20 minutes. I would still try to book the Milpitas lab since it’s closer to home. But now I have a back-up lab. This facility is very clean.
