clean, organized, handicap accessible outdoor AND indoor. friendly and helpful staff today. great products and continued freshness. freshness is definitely a must for us. my dad is a retired chef and refuses to go anywhere else but to Smart & final for more than 20 years. of course affordable prices. thank you for making my dad happy. Story Road and San Carlos best locations in San Jose!!!!

I can find almost everything I love to eat at this location in bulk. They don't wipe the carts for you but they do provide the wipes at the entrance so wipe away! Yay!

I really like smart and final grocery store.they have really good sales and pretty nice customer service. but the lines are ridiculous sometimes the line can wrap around the store and if you just run in for maybe some Pillsbury crescent rolls or cinnamon rolls you will end up spending 20 minutes wait time for one item. that's the only problem I have with that store. that's why I'm only giving giving them four stars.
