Lotus was awesome! He helped me figure out what size unit would bed fit my needs. He was kind, courteous, and super informative. I’m so glad I shopped around beforehand and included Extra Space as one of my choices. They hands down have the friendliest staff, clean environment and I’ve never had any problems with other renters. If you are thinking of renting somewhere- this is the place!!

We drove all the way from VA to Cary NC for an auctioned unit and Lotus was very friendly and accommodating!! Thank you! We will definitely buy from this location again!

Lotus was a pleasure to work with. Storage units are clean, safe with staff helpful and courteous. I needed something short term but would definitely use long term. I would highly recommend!

My last review was 8yrs ago when I first moved to NC. I gave it 5-Stars then and my rating remains the same today. While I live a little farther away from this location than I did when I first moved here, I really like this facility and the location so I've made the choice to remain here... even though there is a new ESS closer to my home. I've never had any issues here as this facility is well kept and has nice landscaping. The staff, which consisted of Allan for a very long time was always friendly, courteous and helpful. Today I visited storage to make some changes to my account and had the privilege of meeting Lotus (I think that's how his name is spelled). Not only were we greeted with a warm friendly smile, the customer service and assistance received from Lotus today was excellent! He was so very helpful in assisting us with everything we needed, and the conversation was pretty good too! All of my questions were answered and my concerns addressed.... Thank you Lotus! As I am pleased with my storage experience, I will continue to do business at this location.

I’ve been to several places of Cơm Tấm Thiên Hương. I like this place most in general, great customer service, not so crowded so that they are not rushing the customers. The quality food is great too. We had Bún Thịt Nướng & Tôm Nướng( Grilled pork & Prawn served with vegetables & vermicelli), Cơm Gà RôTi cơm hồng( Rotisserri chicken with tomatoes rice). I love the flavor how they marinate the meat here, just enough of flavor, not so oily, the meat has nice texture to it. Highly recommended.
