“Be revived, be renewed and stretch your spine- you might grow a couple inches... You never know :) Miss the veteran teachers, hopefully some stroll back. However, Yolanda, and Nicole's (when I can get to hers) are my favorite classes to attend. Abhinav's class is my most sought out anyday of the week, if I can get to his class I'm happy. Still waiting on him teaching the 5:30 A.M. on Tuesday's in SJ. Alana's yoga and pilates classe's are incredible. If you've never done hot pilates- take Alana's class!! She does a great job at creating a peaceful vibe in and outside of class. Cheers!”
