They are always having some sort of fundraiser or charity event to help local services as well as raising money for various disease fundraisers. It's open early so I can get my workout done and be on with my day. :)

I never imagined going to the gym could be so easy and effortless but Curves provides such an intuitive work out and motivating environment that it's always a pleasure to come. By having coaches and regular classes for members to attend, you're never at a loss of what to do or if you're improving - they are always there to push you further or just offer up some support if you're lacking drive. Every month they have a week dedicated to talking to members about their goals and how Curves can support you in meeting them. The workouts are optimized for all different types of levels so no matter where you are in your fitness journey, you'll find a challenge! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a positive community to build their strength and endurance.
