This is the second time I came. The first time, I got highlights and they were great (at a very reasonable price) ! This second time, the lady working on me did not understand that I wanted the roots to be touched up. She ended up dying my whole head blond (except for the roots) and commented with pride that she now covered my non-existent white hair.
My conclusion: come only if you either know a little Chinese or have only simple requests (root touchups apparently don't fall into this category).

Karla is an amazing hair stylist I’m so glad I found her I’m extremely pick with my hair because after years of suffering from alopecia areata my hair is very thin and delicate. I have been wanting hair extensions for a while, I finally did it, she did exactly what I wanted some thickness and a little length, she is fast, and her work is excellent and reasonable price too. She has been doing my extensions and color for about 5 months with no damage to my natural hair and the best part is my hair is actually growing now.
I couldn’t be happier. Her attention to detail and perfectionist attitude is unmatched. I always appreciate her energy and upbeat attitude. I highly recommend Karla
