  The building and the community amenities available to all residents are great (including the rooftop areas, pool, music room, gym, etc.). The staff is incredibly pleasant. Whenever I've had minor issues with my individual unit, they work diligently to provide a resolution quickly. The apartment is very expensive for the neighborhood but I do feel like you get what you pay for in this case!

  This is a fantastic place to live in/near downtown San Jose. It has excellent freeway access, nice amenities and great staff. We rented our unit from brand new so everything was excellent. As the complex filled up the staff has done a tremendous job maintaining the place. All the units are pleasant and well appointed. The grounds are kept spotless. Ivan on the staff team is incredible at keeping the place running smoothly and a great guy to chat with. The staff is extremely responsive to requests and will work to make sure you're a happy resident. The neighborhood is OK-- it's not yet great but appears to be improving. I never felt unsafe walking around in daylight, but would probably think twice about strolling around at night. There is un-metered street parking which is a huge benefit if you're having guests over. My biggest gripes would come down to noise-- noisy neighbors, noisy gate closing outside my unit, very loud dog waste trash can lid.
