  Recently purchased quite a few things from this particular airport appliance helped up aunt of mine do a big remodel. For the most part everything went well all the customer service people at Airport appliance are great the only reason I’m not giving it a five star is honestly I don’t think that their delivery people are as good as they are at the retail shop. What we did appreciate is even though there were some mistakes and some problems with our delivery or sales person never gave up on us always did their best to make us happy and that says a lot for this company.

  Janelle is the absolute most amazing sales associate I’ve ever met! She was helpful, knowledgeable and passionate about helping us find the perfect bed. She went above and beyond expectations and we had the best shopping experience. Highly recommend.

  I had a great experience with the San Jose Airport Home Appliance. Rickey Peter in particular was very helpful in efficiently processing my washer/dryer order. He kept in touch from sales to delivery and was very response to any questions. The delivery guys were on time, courteous and also efficient. No complaints, just praise about the whole process.

  My wife and I had been shopping for a new refrigerator for several months in anticipation that our 20+ year old GE was going to call it quits at any time. We'd visited all the Big Box stores and several appliance centers in our search for the right unit at the right price. Little did we expect that our microwave would die and our dishwasher would develop a leak, but that's exactly what happened right at the end of 2018. So we opted to purchase a full set of new appliances, including a new refrigerator and electric range even though both were still operating. Our last stop was Airport Appliance on Bascom Ave. in San Jose. After walking around the store a bit we were approached by our sales rep, Rickey Peter. We had some definite ideas on brand, but were concerned about the size (for the refrigerator), the model, the features and, of course, the price. Rickey escorted us around the store, pointed out the attributes of certain brands and models, presented us with options and even gave us a package of specifications for each of the four appliances. When it got down to the price, Rickey worked with us, helping us meet our objectives and stay on budget. We weighed our decision overnight and went back the next day to place our order. Since the fridge we wanted was out of inventory, we had to wait a bit for delivery. And while we did hit a bump in the road with the initial delivery, Rickey and the team at Airport worked with us to get our delivery as quickly as possible. Rickey was very helpful in following up and getting all that we needed done. Our experience was excellent.
